Dawnn Hannan loves animals. She worked at Winthrop Veterinary Hospital for 19 years, where she was the office manager, assisted with surgeries and performed all other duties associated with the care and comfort of animals.
Her passion led her to Doodles Pet Care, a pet boarding and grooming facility in Manchester, Maine, that she opened in November 2010.
Along with her groomer, Sue Kelley of Monmouth, Lisa Stevens, and her daughter, Daysha Hannan, she is offering short and long term boarding for cats and dogs as well as providing a full service grooming salon on site.
Because of her background, Doodles specializes in geriatric care and animals that need medication. Says Dawnn, "We want people to know the staff here has years of experience in the care of beloved pets and we give them lots of love and attention while their families are away."
To ensure peace of mind for their customers, Dawnn and her staff promise to care for pets entrusted to them as if they were their own.
